Gallet Helmet Bracket with stealthlite clip Bracket which attaches to the MSA Gallet fire helmet and accepts the stealthlite torch clip.
This bracket screws onto the helmet with self taping screws. This comes as a set with helmet bracket and stealthlite clip. The picture is for illustration only.

This is sometimes known as an MSA Torch but is the direct equivalent in every way to the stealthlite in fact it is a stealthlite re-branded as an MSA torch and has the clip permanently glued onto the main body.
The Peli stealthlite torch needs a small U shaped clip which acts like the button fixing on the MSA branded torch. It then becomes the exact equivalent and of course is not prone to having the glued on MSA button snap off. Please investigate the LED Stealthlite torch the 2410 as an alternative to the incandescent bulb Stealthlite the 2400. The 2410 is the LED recoil version of the stealthlite and has 30 hours of contiunuous battery use as well as good performance in smoky conditions or murky underwater use.
