In the event of an error with price or specification of any of our products we reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund any money paid. We accept Credit and debit card payments for the goods advertised and reserve the right to make appropriate security checks to prevent card fraud. It is especially important that you give card address information if you are having goods sent to an address other than the card holders address. The last 3 digits of the CSC number found on the signature strip of your credit card is requested at the time of the transaction to help prevent fraud. If you are disatisfied with your purchase we will exchange the goods or refund the cost of your purchase less carriage charges on return of the goods provided they are unused. We offer a Seven days return policy, as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for non-perishable products. These products can only be returned within the seven days of receipt in *as new* condition, You are required to pay the cost of returning the goods if you exercise this right to return the goods. Peli offer a lifetime guarantee on all their cases. If your case is damaged please contact us to arrange an exchange under the Peli Warranty. Orders are processed at the time your payment is received either by cheque or card and all goods will be despatched at the earliest opportunity. We endeavour to process all orders within 2 working days of receipt. All goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate at any time, and to increase and or decrease, any special offer, promotion, product or price without prior notice. We will despatch your goods within two working days from date of order. If we are unable to meet this time scale for whatever reason, we will contact you and offer a full refund prior to any delay in the supply of goods.
